The following are the overview modules for this project.

•User Registration and User Groups: - The administrator will be able to manage user groups and users will be able to create accounts and log into the platform.

•User Security and Audit Trail: Passwords will be encrypted and audit logs will be stored

•Payment Channels and Subscription: - Online and off line payment channels will be supported. Users will also be able to subscribe for services

•Trade Data: Upload functionality will be provided for Trade Data and registered users will be able to access the data

•Transaction Data: - Administrator will be able to upload user transaction data. Users will be able to access such data when required

•Integration with core application

•Data Migration: - Necessary platforms should be provided to enable CSCS migrate existing data to the new platform
You will need to develop a new data model based on the new back end design and still be able to migrate existing data by mapping the current data model to the new model on the new back end.


Overview of activities to be carried out:

1. Design & Content Management: - The template designed by your front-end team should support content management (allowing us to manage pages online) and also support the download functionalities.


2. User Management and Subscription: - The platform will allow CSCS setup different user groups and also allow user registration. Activation email will be sent to confirm the email and users will be able to login with a user name and password. Security level should prevent automated login access to the site. User access will also be defined based on user groups. Subscription to online services will be managed by this platform allowing users to subscribe to difference services. Users will also be able to view the status of their subscription.


3. Security and Audit Trail: - User Security should be integrated with the User Management platform. Users will be able to log in with their username, password and a security code to prevent automated login. All user activities will be logged on the server.


4. Payment Channels: The platform will be integrated with 1 major payment gateway. CSCS will manage the registration with the payment gateway provider and provide you with the merchant account for the integration. We will also provide offline payment by allowing users to pay via bank transfer and submit the details online.


5. User Data Management, Migration and Integration: Once you identify user / application related data that will be required by the online platform, you should develop a data upload channel that will allow the administrator upload stock, user and transaction data to the web portal. The frequency of upload of the data will be determined by the administrator.
