Polish up unfinished new website

I currently have a developer that is working on the revamp of www.findsports.co.uk (on here www.findsports.co.uk/index.php) but his communication has gone very poor and my launch date has already been postponed several times. The new launch date is this Friday but it seems as though he won't even be sticking to this date so I need someone in ASAP to finish off what needs to be done from what is currently done.

What needs to be done is -
Online directory of 40,000 leisure centres imported from old database (mySQL) to new database (Joomla) and featured on the new site with new design
Finalise user registrations
Finalise user registration for the public to be a FindSports member
Finalise client registrations for online directory
Design a competition interface where I can create competitions which users can enter
Finalise the dynamic modules
and also a few more bits

I have attached the brief so that you can see what is missing and still needs to be done. The new backend is in joomla.

As said above, I need this done by Friday and I know it is a very tight timeline but I think it is not impossible. Whoever I pick must be able to be in constant communication with me as you can imagine, communication is key for me at this present time.
