Polish to English Translation

I have a short (3/4 of an A4 page), handwritten letter in Polish that I would like translated to English as soon as possible. Please could you let me know your charge for doing so, how quickly you could do this and how I can contact you to arrange this. The easiest method for me would be to scan it in and send it across as a pdf document and then have the translation provided by email. Thanks, Sajni
