Plesk 11 smtp pop3 email problem

Hello,

I have a vs.

It is impossible to send/receive emails from outlook.

I have create the accounts to my server.

I have read the
a) the .pdf (see attachment)
b) the url: http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PP11/11.0/Doc/en-US/online/plesk-customer-guide/index.htm?fileName=65692.htm

in order to set the outlook and still nothing.

The other attachment is the services that they are running on my vs.
As I am a webdeveloper I can not understand what you will tell me.

It has to be fixed in the next hours so please reply If you can fix it in the next 3-8hours.
