Plans drawn up for loft conversion

We would like plans for a 2m x 3m loft extension to be a bathroom. The main part of the loft has already been converted, but we want to build out on the dog leg extension. We are also looking for structural calculations for steels if they are required.
We already have plans for the house drawn up and would like the additional extension drawn up. The house is a Victorian terrace in SW London.
