Planning Drawings - Garage COnversion

I would like drawings done for a garage conversion in a Conservation Area.

I have held discussions with the local authority and have been led to believe there will be no issue with the application even without formal drawings, however, I would like to submit some scale drawings of the lower floor plan, front and rear elevation just to aid the process. (note, terraced property so no side elevations)

I can provide current drawings along with external photos. If you're also able to quote on any price difference for producing full building regs (I assume we will need them) I would be grateful.

Ideally want the job completed this week.
