Pilot eLearning or PowerPoint courseware

Attached are a set of instructions and two storyboards. We are looking for a great eLearning designer. This project is a pilot (extract from a larger course) to allow us to ascertain quality of workmanship on a small project before we proceed to build the full course and other courses. For the purposes of this pilot the designer can use PowerPoint or one of the eLearning platforms like Captivate, Articulate, etc.

We need quotes by 3pm GMT on Tuesday 7th May and ideally work should be completed on or before Friday 17th May. The work involves less than 20 slides and an interactive exercise (drag and drop). Ideally the provider would supply the accompanying voiceover (professionally recorded) but the client can secure separately and supply if necessary.

Provision of a quotation indicates agreement by the provider that full rights to all materials produced in this and subsequent jobs are automatically assigned to the client.
