Picture rendering into Comic or cartoon

I would like the attached photo turned into a cartoon/illustration/vector for a graphic to be used on shirts and posters.

Similar to the 2nd graphic, but in your own artistic style. The proportions must generally stay the same, as well as specifics, such as the number of windows, etc. This is going to be used by enthusiasts of the image, so they will notice if the lines aren't right or something is out of place. For the colored part of the van, please make it as few colors as possible, so that I can easily change from red to another color.
