My client has been asked by a US company to act as a pick-pack-ship agent.
The goods will be delivered to my client who will take online orders and send the small electrical items to customers mostly in the UK, but also abroad.
My client will collect the payments from customers and the US company will invoice him for the sales income, less a small commission.
I would like the contract to be checked to confirm its legality, and that there are no tax avoidance issues.
