PhPP forum genious to make simple CSS and design changes on forum

We are looking for an experienced designer who has worked on PhBB forum software to make some design changes to a forum.

The changes will be:

CSS changes (mainly colour changes)
Header/footer changes

The work will not take more than 5 hours and we are looking for someone who can make the changes to high standards and complete the work by Friday 25th January 2013.
