PHP Web Form Submit Styling upon Post

This is is pretty simple job for someone who knows what to do.

I have a php form here...

I need 2 things sorted when the form posts (submits)

1) Convert all hyperlinks to be actual links
- so anything starting with http:// or www. will convert into actual links.

eg. http://www.bbc.co.uk - would become..

http://www.bbc.co.uk

But I need all url's to be encoded and prepended with extra data.

2. I need any content in that textarea to generate new lines in the outputted content.

eg. \n will be needed
