PHP Upgrades to CRM Diary system. Add Fields Produce PDF report. Produce sales data

There are around 20 additional fields which need adding to our survey form. This will then provide the fields to complete the Costing PDF report.

The other project is to summarise from surveys the quantity and values for a period of quotes submitted (live), then (accepted) due to start (last month or in the future) quotes,then quotes by (dead), for each surveyor. This will be available for a previous month or for a period between dates and be visible on screen and then printable.
