PHP / Otehr online database creation

I need my current website to integrate a dynamic (ever changing) Excel database to allow users to filter selections by check box.

The Excel file contains historical football scores, odds and predictions and I want the user to be able to sent specific variables and then the PHP / Java coding to return the selections matching their criteria.
