PHP or JS loan payment tables

Payment example tables in php or javascript.

I am wanting payment example tables to look similar to this http://www.bakerfinancial.co.uk/50000-loan.html

At the moment I have only secured loan and mortgage payment example tables which have been hand coded by myself. I want separate tables automatically generated by any of the above scripting languages which can be included into the static pages with a php include.

Each page has a php title at the top of it (example: )

I want the payment tables to extract the loan amount from the page title which is on each loan page and insert it so the tables calculate the rates on that amount.
I want the example payment tables to pull in interest rates from a separate file so I can easily edit the interest rates should I need to change them which will then be pulled through to the example tables.

I need example tables for each of the following:
Secured loan examples table (separate php include)
Bridging loan examples table (separate php include)
Buy to let mortgage example tables (separate php include)
Commercial loan examples table (separate php include)

Effectively each payment example table would be the same coding other than the interest rates & how the rates are calculated (bridging loan interest rates are calculated differently than secured and commercial loans)

I want everything (all the php includes and supporting files) to be kept in one folder. I can give access to my style sheet so you can see the CSS used.

I am not really interested in comparison plug-ins, I would want it done the way I’ve asked please although I am open to suggestions if you can think of improvements.

Although I've asked for an hourly rate, I would need a very firm indication of how long it will take.
