PHP/MySQL Wordpress Development

I need someone quick (and proficient) with extensive coding in PHP, MySQL database..that is tied into a Wordpress site. I'm looking for someone with fire, someone creative and resourceful.

To hopefully paint a better picture for you (although this is where the similarity ends).. imagine a Facebook-like page where a unique URL address is assigned to each user that signs up (via a subscription).. where the person can upload photos, files, videos, write in a journal etc. and all of it is automatically positioned on their page.

At some point this page can be made public and accessible to visitors going to the unique URL by the administrator, but the user does not have the ability to make it public.

The only thing the user can do is pick from between a handful of canned messages that will display to visitors of the URL, while it is set to private.

Maybe they have a little storage bin on their page where they can upload files that will NEVER be made public, even after the administrator makes the rest of it public.
