PHP/MySQL Development -Gaming Records Website

I've always wanted to admin a website where users can post records they get on video games, like their high score on a certain level for example.

I can do the CSS, HTML, and the MySQL myself, but I need help with the PHP.

It's not going to be a really large project, but not a simple project.
