PHP & MySQL Developer required - Long Term Project

We are launching a new site which collects feedback from customers on behalf of online and offline retailers. We have already partially developed the front/back end using PHP, MySQL & JQuery and require someone to take over the development side to complete these areas.

We have split the site development into mini 'projects' these include:

Sign Up Form
Twitter and Facebook Integration
Forgot Password Function
Upload File facility which checks format of CSV or XML
Javascript/Iframe for adding content to third party/client websites
Cron script which sends an email
JQuery charts
Set-up dev site
Set-up sandbox site
Plus more

Required candidate should be experienced in HTML, CSS and Javascript for the UI and PHP/MYSQL for the back end. There’s probably about 30 hours+ involved initially, with more work on an ongoing basis.

We are based in the Midlands, UK and would prefer to work with someone in the UK who could attend our offices in the future once the site launches perhaps once a month/quarter. If you think you would be suitable please let us know.
