Php login mysql database fields added

This is now the third post looking for a developer to work on an adult themed members website.

Database already in place which I manually add new users details (username, password, email, member code) which then allows them to login.

I require a simple register form created with an automated email sent to the registrant with a validate token. Once validate token is clicked details are added to the database. If validate token is not clicked within 24 hours details are deleted.

I access the database through myphpadmin using cPanel and require someone familiar with cpanel as I wish to stay with that and understand it.

I only require bids from developers with previous experience of working with cpanel and have reviews and completed jobs.
