PHP Development

I have a website for a customer that needs repairing but it is part of a larger system. It used to reside on a Mac OS X system and make calls to shell scripts and a package called 'pdftk' which generates PDF documents. Luckily this same package is available on Windows and has been installed on the web server on which I am now hosting this website/booking system but I need the PHP changed to work with the new platform/setup etc.

The site is there to provide end-users the ability to book a collection for their air conditioning unit. This booking should then be entered into a database and the results emailed 1: as a confirmation to the end-user and 2: to the head office of the company so that they can arrange the pickup. Lastly, the system (depending on the answers given on the form) should generate the certificate of waste and other PDFs which need to be attached to the emails mentioned above.

There is obviously a confidentiality issue in tendering this work on PPH so I would ask that you respond to say that you agree to keep all customer details confidential.
