PHP Developer needed to make changes/updates to website

I need some changes and updates done to my website:

Please give me your best price and timescales for completion. Need this done asap - by Thursday at the latest.

The site is coded in PHP. I will give you database/cpanel and ftp access.

Here's a list of the changes needed:

1. http://myebookmaker.com/login.php - need to allow users to also login using email address - currently set to just username.

2. Password reset function added to login page - I have some code already present in my file - maybe this could be used.

LOGGED IN USERS:

3. http://myebookmaker.com/save.php - new cover upload not working - needs fixing.

4. Epub download script is putting an extra BR (html element) when I download the finished epub file and run an epub check at http://validator.idpf.org/ - need to remove extra BR from code.


5. Need super admin login page that displays details of:
User names, user emails, word count of epub files, option to download epub file - Display in order of books with most content at top.

Number 5 doesn't need any styling elements to it.
