Php Developer Needed ASAP

We are looking for someone to develop a Simple Inventory system for us on-line

Not much design is needed, we are happy with the basics.
This is what we are looking for.
Login System- Add/Edit Users
Add/Edit customers
View what customers have ordered
Add/Edit Products
Add/Edit Suppliers
Purchase Order- Order products from suppliers and it will print a purcahse order invoice off. Then Once a delivery comes in you click check in a box will show. You start scanning the barcode and it will take the product off the list and add it to the quantity. Any products left will show in Red after finished.
Warehouse Control-
Click on here and we will see:
Any products running low on stock
Products that should be coming in
Sales Order-
Click this an you select the customers name, Then it will show their address and delivery address.
Then you select scan the product and it will add it to the order. Once done the order you click finish and it will print an invoice saying paid on it and it will bring it with a returns code on it.
The order will be added to the customers account
Returns
Click this and you enter in the return ID on the invoice- You scan the items that are returned and click finish, It will add the products quantity back and it will also show red on the customer orders

Simple Accounts- Click on here and it will show:
Number of sales order
What products sold
Total of sales in £
Profit of sales
