PHP Developer - MYSQL, Front End Integration (Project Extendable For Correct Person)

I am looking for a PHP developer to integrate with a MYSQL db. I am an integration engineer by trade, so i know how to get the data into the MYSQL however i need someone to reflect that on the front end.

No design has to be done, as I already have had the front end graphics developed. So a minimal amount of CSS as to be done, and very little if any photoshop etc... I am looking for a very good PHP developer who can create clean precise code.

To begin with i am only requesting a few features, thus explaining the low price however if the right person is found this project will expand rapidly and the price will be increased, but we can class that as sub project.

The features i am looking for:

- Secure Logging using a User Table to store info
- Page to reflect DB on a page - This will be located in a table on the page
- Drill down page when one of the records is selected in the table in the point above.
- User profile

You can have a look around the site, it works but doesn't reflect the info i want. But this what you will be working with to provide the look and feel i want. This site is pure HTML and JS, nothing else.

DO NOT BID IF YOU WANT TO USE A CMS. I will not convert this to use a CMS, so if that is your plan do not bid.

This project is confidential so all other details regarding the ACTUAL content will be provided when i have chosen a developer AND a non-disclosure document is signed. This illustrates how important this project is and what will be to come.
