Description
Experience Level: Expert
I need a 5 step process coded in php/mysql. The steps are:
1. User logs in, system checks their email address and password against database entry.
2. Home page displays their history of previous use of the site (explained later)
3. User clicks on 1 of three different 'tests'
4. Each test consists of up to 50 predefined yes/no questions. Questions can be hard coded, i.e. they don't ever change. The user doesn't need to answer all questions, i.e. they can select 'skip this question'.
5. Once answered, they system will display all their answers, and give them the option to change any of them.
6. Once they've confirmed their answers, the system then checks for all 'no' answers. For each one there is a set of text explaining what they should do next, e.g. if the question is 'Do you have a marketing plan in place' and the user answers no, then the system will output text saying something like 'Speak to our marketing team who will help you create a plan'.
7. The system displays all the recommendations for all the questions they answered 'no' to
8. User then has the option to print their output as a pdf.
9. The home page will list all their previous history of using the site, e.g. it may list 'June 13th 2013', which if the user then clicks on, displays all their questions/answers and the relevant advised course of action. Again the user should be able to print off their results as pdf.
A few notes:
Must be developed in PHP/MySQL
Must be hosted on my server (already set up)
I could do with some advice on the PDF output, I need to use a free version of PDF libraries
Start immediately
I will provide all styling/design (which is very basic)
Please let me know any questions you have.
Thanks,
Rupert
