Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
A simple job for somebody with expert knowledge behind the OpenCart software. I am trying to get OpenCart to pull its inventory data from an external server every 10-15mins to match the products, stock levels, prices, pictures etc the same as the InStore terminal displays.
The OpenCart software would then need to send an order back to the external server with the order details so it can then update the instore terminals.
The PHP code has already been written to link to the external server (attached). The job is to just integrate this into the OpenCart programme and tweak so that it works.
This would be to make the installation from a Sandbox environment (provided) whilst you test and I will test also myself. Then to update paths to the correct store database and then test again before we let the website go live.
The external server is provided via the company that provide and maintain the in store POS terminals. They are available for help and support along the way.
