Photoshoping one email

I am in need of some photo editing of a confirmation email for a airplane ticket. I purchased a plane ticket, and want the information on the plane ticket to be changed, Date of travel, name of passenger. I am playing a trick on my girlfriend, and need her to think she is flying to see me in Florida, when in reality I am coming home to surprise her. All that needs done is I will send you a photo of the email confirmation from the airline. I want the passenger information changed, so I can then attach the new photo to an email and forward it to her. All the information on the current ticket is my full information. This is for a joke purpose only, and will not be attempted to be used in any way. You have this in writing, no laws of any sort are violated in this process.

I need this done in the next few hours. It is a job that will take any photoshop proficient person less than 30 minutes.
