Photoshop retouching

hi all,

i have a picture of myself on a flight deck of an aeroplane. the picture has been digitised from a 35mm negative by professionals and is 600 dpi (i was informed) and 158 megabytes in size. the example i have attached was scanned my self from a picture and so is slightly over exposed. i could not upload the new scanned image as its too large.

i am looking for a professional retouching artist to bring life to the picture, skin tone on face and arm etc, and much more definitition to flight deck buttons/knobs/instruments, screens on the deck also need digitial information, examples can be seen online on pictures. possibly also adding horizon or sky to the cockpit windows (currently grey due to reaction to flash from the camera).

i have attached a small version as this sight only allows 2 meg upload, very low resolution of the picture here for ideas. hi res image can be sent once possibilities have been explored by you all.

i want to look great in it-like a male model (lol- may be too far of a stretch- but i can hope right?) i have been told you guys can do magic. its the only image i have of me on a flight deck, so want exceptional quality work. so get intouch with ideas etc.

all in all, the image needs a professional to touch it up professionally to make it look like a very high quality magazine picture, breath much needed life into it and make me look gorgeous!! I want to hang it at A3 size in my apartment lounge in a great frame.
