Photoshop effects (text photo) for 3 pictures.

Hi people,

I am looking for a qualified professional who could convert normal photos (a person) to text photos (or others cool effects) like the follow example:

At the moment this initial job is only for 3 pictures, but the idea is to find somebody who could make this job this every time we need it.
