Photoshop CS4 Batch Save/Action HELP URGENT

This job is with Photoshop CS4

We have a folder full of images, for which we have created an action.

This action will copy this image into a template and then save 3 different versions using the same name but with a different ending.

To give an example the first image is called TEST-1 and after running the action we would like it to save as TEST-1_AX, TEST-1_MX, TEST-1_CX
These images are saved at different points in the action.

Now image 2 which is called TEST-2 would need to save as TEST-2_AX, TEST-2_MX, TEST-2_CX BUT CURRENTLY DOES NOT when using AUTOMATE --> BATCH

Also the BATCH process does not use the Original File Name - which is a necessity.

So it needs to use the original file name and then add the suffix as shown above.
