Photography website building from scratch

I am wanting a website building from scratch .

I am wanting a few pages ; home page w/ main logo and navigation bar, contact form, about page, 2 or maybe 3 photography pages with scrolling images at bottom or side and an enlargement of the selected image in the centre, and a retouching page which has the originals of images which change to the retouched version when the mouse hovers over.

I'd also like it to have links to my twitter and Facebook.

ideally i would like to be able to add images myself in future if possible.

It would be perfect for the retouching page, and the same format could be applied for the photography pages just without the scroll over thing.
