Photographer / Videographer with black out studio for car photoshoot.

Hi,

We are looking for a photographer / videographer with a studio that can accommodate cars. We sell lighting products for vehicles such as under body LED kits and footwell LEDs, as such these need to be photographed in a dark environment, so a studio that can be blacked out or made very dark is essential. We have a good number of lighting kits that need photographing and filming so would be looking at a full day in the studio 8-9 hours. In this time we would be using 5 vehicles the largesting being a 4X4 and displaying various lights on them. We are located in Dorset but we will happily travel to a studio and will arrange all the vehicles to arrive at pre selected times. So will need a photographer and videographer with access to such a studio, the scope of the work will be around 15 finished very short film clips demoing our lights on the vehicles these are only very short 20-30 second clips for eBay listing etc. In terms of photographs it is hard to predict, but around 10 finished image of each lighting product there being 15 products in total should give a rough indication. To win the bid you will need to have access to a studio like described above, be able to complete the images and videos including editing and touch ups, so we would like a bid including all expenses VAT and copyright of the images and films to use as we wish, the freelancer is of course welcome to use for their portfolio. In terms of dates, for ease of getting vehicles weekends are preferable, we would like this work doing as soon as possible so the weekend 03/03/2012-04/03/2012 would be perfect if achievable. Please provide some applicable portfolio work when bidding.
