Experience Level: Entry

I am looking to make a website which allows people to upload photos and get them hosted on a server of mine. All the website needs to do is have an upload feature and then once uploaded, open another page with all the different types of links to their picture.

An example of a website I would like it to be like is http://postimage.org/
