Photo Sharing Desktop Application

Looking for an application to run on Windows, which does the following:-

Monitors folder on the same PC or on one that it is networked too (watches a folder).

Pushes photos out to a slider screen which can be touchscreen operated, or used with keyboard and mouse. (Must have a settings tool which handles which option it is and lets you customise the screen display, and touchscreen hotspots) User scrolls to which photo and then hits the correct button for uploading to that destination, be it Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or E-mail.

Allows users to post photos to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, or e-mail the photo. The software should also automatically take a copy of each photo in the monitored folder, reduce the file size and place in a separate folder and upload each photo to the ftp details specified in the settings.

Could also allow them to print an additional copy of the individual photo or strip for an additional fee (controlled in the settings panel), but it then must ask the operator for the operator password if a fee is collectable to ensure operator collects fee.

All collected e-mail addresses must be exportable by date to a CSV.

The application should be based on http://www.photopartyupload.com with the set-up and personalisation options similar to this, but PC based.

When users login on the system it must log them out immediately after each upload to prevent security issues and posting of photos to each others walls etc.

The app must also allow you to configure an optional Facebook like button to get the user to like the Facebook page specified in the settings.

It would be great if we could also run the reporting as per the app example given.

Bid price is a serious factor in this, will not pay as much as the budget, don't just quote it because we've set it.
