Photo Rating Website Needed - Need it complete asap.

So yehh, looking to start straight away and have complete within a day or so.

The site will be a photo rating website within a particular niche which will put in images via another websites API and display them side by side on my website.

Users will then be able to rate the best of the two based on their personal preferences.

Photos rated should be accumulated to form some kind of leaderboard on a page which will show the top 10 highest rated photos.

A few extra features should be present, such as; rate counter on homepage, social share buttons, ask your audience button and perhaps one other.

I will provide design outline (ie what I want the site to look like) and all text etc.

Looking to get started early today and have finished in the shortest time frame possible.
