Photo editor

A lifestyle and outdoors photographer needs a photo editor for RAW workflow and retouching. Process will need to be:

- Receive images via web
- Pre-edit the shoot, selecting best images from sequences and deleting off-shots
- Process for white balance, white/black points, contrast and colour in Camera Raw / Lightroom
- Select images (lifestyle/models) that need retouching
- Email back just the .xmp sidecar files for images ready for use containing the RAW edits
- Images tagged for retouching then naturally hand-retouched using CS5 and returned as TIFFs.
- Some images can then be returned for split-toning or other 'looks'.

- RAW edits should be completed at rate of 60image/hour.
- Retouching (skin clear up / stray hair removal / logo removal) should be completed at rate of 6images/hour
- Creative looks and split-toning etc should be completed at a rate of 10images/hour.

The client is familiar with all techniques and editing speeds and so will have high standards.
