Thought I'd give this a try.
I'm looking for a personal trainer in Leeds, I'm based in Headingly.
I'm pretty fit, but want to loose some weight.
I want to work one to one with someone who knows what to do, and can point me in the right direction over the next month in particular.
I'm open to ideas of how this can be achieved.
