Perl/php/mysql development on linux

To build a legal contract management web based system. Must read a MS word file and parse, inserting paragraphs into a database. Parsing to be done with perl (good regular expressions), front end displaying in php.

* Need Ajax/Jquery
* Good MySQL
* Linux command line
* Modern perl programming (DBIx::*, Moose or Catalyst, etc.)
* Clean PHP - MVC, Smarty, etc.

This will turn into a regular contract type role for the right developer. Must have good communication skills and able to learn new things. Further details will be given if you match the above. UK based only!
