Perfect for graphic design student/postgrad - Looking for website designer/developer

I am a 3rd Year 3D Design student at Uni of Brighton, looking for help from web designer/developer. As I am a student there are VERY limited funds, so would be ideal for a graphic design student or graduate looking to widen their portfolio and work with a like minded person!

It will be more of a showcase style website rather than a selling one.
I will be able to provide some of the graphics for the content but have no idea where to start when it comes to actually building a web page and make it look professional.
