PDF Conversion to HTML Email x 4

Attached is a PDF that contains six pages of email mockups. We need the *first four* pages of the PDF converted to four HTML templates for use with email.

Applicants should express their experience using email, be aware of the constraints imposed by email clients, and describe their testing process.

Where possible, text should be used rather than images. Please indicate where this would require deviation from the design.
