PayPal IPN to work properly with Wordpress Readycart Theme

Can you modify an existing wordpress ecommerce theme for me?

I need basic modifications completed to customise the site the way I want it but first of all you must add and ensure Paypal API works as the sole payment processor.

The previous programmer I hired could not make the IPN work citing the theme was incompatible but as any programmer knows that is simply not the case.

I need you to upload this to your own server and just show me you have PayPal IPN working the way it is supposed to, then we can negotiate all the modifications I need for customisation.
