Pattern cutter required to create a production ready pattern by August

We are a young brand that will be launching this september, we will be starting sample production in august. we are looking for someone to pattern cut one item that needs to be ready for the 28th of july, the garment will be a uk size 8 skirt, unlined,

the mesurments we use are Waist 72/ hip 96 and the length of the skirt will be 59cm
