Pattern cutter needed to assist student on final collection

I am a fashion design with marketing student currently in my final year. I am currently in the process of designing my final collection and I'm looking for someone to help me with the pattern cutting as this is a weakness of mine.

This job will offer the chance to experiment and be creative! This job will include the following:

-helping to translate designs into working patterns
-helping to come up with techniques to fit the designs
-helping with fabric choice to fit design
-helping with any additional things e.g techniques
- 4 outfits will need to be made for final collection

I am looking for someone who is very creative and inspirational, someone who has good knowledge of pattern cutting, fabric manipulation (haute couture), embroidery, and good at translating design work. Any knowledge of costume design or russian culture will benefit as the designs are based on this theme.
