Pattern cutter needed for initial samples

I am setting up a contemporary womenswear fashion label and at the moment I am looking for a pattern cutter who is able to make 5 patterns and samples of tops. The tops are relatively simple.

I would appreciate a rough estimate of how long it would take you to make e.g. a pattern of a shirt and then a sample.
I would prefer someone who has the skills to create a complete tech pack ( with the technical drawing, spec sheet, grading etc).
Ideally I would like to have the samples by 19th April 2013.

This job is for the initial samples, however there may be the possibility of long term work.
