Parttime Bookkeeper for Nottingham Design Agency

A small but busy Nottingham design agency requires a bookkeeper to join the team.

The role will need to be carried out on-site at our offices in Nottingham.

An expected two days per week will be required to carry out the following tasks:
General bookkeeping of company purchases and debits
Recording information using our online financial system
Payment and logging of suppliers invoices (cost of sale receipts)
Raising of invoices to clients
Tracking and chasing of outstanding invoices
Payment of staff salaries / NI / Bank charges and VAT as directed by our accountant

We use an online financial system called KashFlow which is a key part of our business so it is important that the right candidate can use this already or has knowledge of similar systems.

Full training will be given on our company processes as required.
