Part time book keeper

We are looking for a highly experienced bookkeeper who is fully competent at using Sage.

Day-to-day activities, including but not limited to the following:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements
- Updating the trial balance
- Managing accruals and prepayments
- Assisting in payroll preparation
- Controlling the petty cash
- Preparing sales invoices
- Processing staff expenses
- Producing reports as required for the weekly team meeting from Sage (to be determined)
- Chasing outstanding debtors
- Assisting with month end reporting
- Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns

Position available immediately. Office based work (in Soho) approx 3 days/week.
