Part completed Wordpress 3.5 website completion

I have had a freelance team working on a new wordpress website but due to personal matters they have had to terminate this work early. I would say the site is around 80% complete and it really needs finetuning now and a few bits and pieces added in. In addition the site needs to be fully responsive or changed for mobile use as thisis crucial. This is a fullscreen images site with very little text.
I need someone reliable who can focus on getting this completed
