I'm looking for a GOOD, creative developer whom is capable of building me a parallax scrolling template for a section of my site. I'm not after a developer to build my site or build a web page. I just need some to construct a parallax function so i can add it to the site i am building.
To recap, i don't want you to build a site, or a webpage, or CMS integration, or a design. I JUST WANT SOMEONE TO CONSTRUCT THE PARALLAX FUNCTIONALITY FOR A SPECIFIC SECTION OF MY SITE.
I don't mind if this is done in github as long as it work the way i want it to work. Let me know if you're interested and i'll provide you with more details.
