Paint decorate kitchen bathroom replacement

hi, i will buy a one bed flat in Bracknell end of January that needs all bright work wiped down with TSP and painted white, - Two main rooms plus hallway paper stripped and wall celing painted trade white. also need basic kitched intalled half a dozen cabinets and work top, also install a new Bathroom suite standard stuff, plumbing , tiled grouted etc. all or any of the above, looking to turn thisproject arround in 4 weeks . for resale.
