PA/ Virtual Assistant Required

Hi,

I'm looking for a UK based Personal Assistant to help me in my property investment & lettings company. I would need help with the following:

- Ensuring utility bills are paid on time
- Emailing and responding to tenant issues
- Letter and Email marketing
- Modifying and setting up AST's and contractual obligations
- Receiving and making some telephone calls
- Organising viewings

I would like some to start asap. This would be on an ongoing basis
