PA for a fast action CEO

Hi there sellers.

I am currently on the lookout for a virtual PA to work with me on an upcoming project in the next few weeks.
The project will be ongoing for approximately 2-3 months.

We will work together on skype and we will work hard and fast.

My PA will be doing things that I need done that I won't have the time for like,
filling in webforms, searching google for information, sourcing other staff members, contacting people for me, testing things, responding to emails, ordering things online, making payments, making calls for me etc.

I need someone who ACTS. when I ask for something I expect it done asap. This project will be a really exciting one (for me at least) and will be very fast paced, I will often change my mind and get you to do something else for me, you will do it because you are THAT person that I am looking for that is hungry for a great opportunity.

You will work early and finish late with me each day.
(I am totally fair and will give you breaks when needed and days off when needed)

You will learn a whole bunch of new things, you will handle money, you will give orders on my behalf, you will probably cry a few times, you will laugh alot, you will be excited, you will be kept on your toes for a few weeks, you will keep up with me or get left behind and replaced. But if you stick it out hard to the end, you will be rewarded.

In return at the end of the contract, you will get a HEALTHY bonus and perhaps a full time maintenance opportunity. (the hectic life will slow down and then you will be allowed to relax a bit and just do maintenance, helping to oil the wheels as I steer the wheel.)

Initially, it will start with a few tasks for me to gauge your effectiveness so in the first couple of weeks I will shoot over requests, you will then update the job card on odesk, complete the task as fast as you can and be ready at Skype awaiting new orders.

As I see how much you can handle, I will give you more responsibilities.
It will slowly ramp up to the point where the work will be coming in thick and fast.

If you find yourself with nothing to do, you can take a break then I expect you to come to me and tell me that you have nothing to do so I can give you another task. You will also take orders from my 2i, when you are not helping me, you are helping him or at least you are offering your help to him.
He will also answer a lot of your questions and with him will maintain an action list of tasks that must be done before this project is complete.
My 2i will be your second boss so to speak.

We will monitor your performance and renegotiate your rates each week. I wont pay you less than we originally agreed, but each negotiation each week will result in the rate staying the same or increasing (but never decreasing)

You MUST have a headset and camera for skype calls
