Outbound calls for insulation leads

I am looking for 1 possibly two people to work on a trial basis. This could be a large ongoing project for the right candidate. Making outbound calls to customers for loft and cavity wall insulation surveys. Script and information will be provided along with data to call. Calls ideally will be made 4-8pm I am looking for someone to start asap I am looking to pay £6 per hour + a £1.50 per lead - quality checked, this could increase and could be unlimited if you have the gift of the gab, support is available at all times 2 leads an hour is not unrealistic - trial will be 2 hours paid if successfully obtain 2 leads in 2 hours
